Whether or not he helps fight kaido whatever but what is he going to be doing before

Imo these are the most likely

1. Fighting queen
2. Fighting king
3. Help stall linlin
4. Deal with an alive orochi

I'm afraid chapter 1000 won't feature Zoro slashing Kaido, but it doesn't matter. Zoro will defeat Kaido, that doesn't have to be iconic in just one chapter.

How do you know what Kidd and Law are doing? We haven't seen them in ages. Do they even know Kaido went onto the roof?

I’m 90% sure Oda has been making them just fight gifters and waiters offscreeen. I really hope I’m wrong though.

It more and more moves towards the direction that Queen will fight one of the top SHP fighters. Namely Sanji/Zoro were brought up even when Sanji wasnt part of the chap since he is invis somehow.

It leads more too a Sanji vs Queen and Zoro might participate in every skirmish, help Sanji or even fight King.

So yeah he is held back to fight a calamity is my only answer.

Whether he fights kaido or not theres obviously a difference between luffy and zoros current situation

While it's taking luffy a while luffy is still making his way up to kaido. With sanji and jinbe there to help lead him there and conserve his energy
While we haven't seen kid and law in a minute they are more likely than not doing the exact same thing and slowing making their ways up


Zoro unlike them is already involved in a separate story line thats going to keep him busy from progressing for a hot second

• We know queen wants to take him out when he was looking at his bounty
• We know big mom is making her way to their direction
• We know there's a chance orochi might be alive
• King fighting zoro is still possible

He has to do something
If not he just coulda been with luffy
