Agreed, Fujitora would've been the best choice to go after Boa, doesn’t even see her physical appearance but can use his haki to sense attacks and such. Plus, bringing down meteors and such on her seems like it'd be pretty effective.

I disagree that Aramaki's too weak to be an Admiral but after abandoning the mission to capture the weakened alliance, hopefully he puts his focus somewhere interesting.

Based on what we’ve seen LunaHawk and LunaCock had a decent chance at subduing her

They’re either heartless androids or machines that would feel nothing (so her ability wouldn’t work) + they’re strong as fuck

With a whole fleet of Marines backing them up it isn’t a stretch to say without BB/Rayleigh’s interference they could’ve captured her
