Zoro was awesome no doubts and I still bet he will have the final blow against Kaidou.

But Killer was up there as well and impressive... Now he is against Hawkins. The guy who fanboyed Soba Mask together with Drake an other supernova fellow... Strange that non of them is getting King or Queen...or even Jack

Which is appropriate considering Killer is both damaged and tired a lot and did not get a regenerative drug like Zoro did. Killer just comes from fighting two top tiers and goes on to fight an opponent who normally would be a mid to high diff for him in the first place.
Zoro will beat a Y1C after giving it all vs two Yonkou at reduced state ( how much we will see) implying he is beyond Y1C, whereas Sanji is almost at peak state and will beat a Y2C.
Even if we assume Queen and King are almost equal ( which is not remotely a given considering the other crews), the preexisting conditions are different.

In that case...how do you explain Kidd and Law going straight for Big Mom after leaving the rooftop? Are they nerfed as well? Is a nerfed Luffy going to beat Kaido?

BM yes, she has been fighting for a while as well.
Luffy yes as well, but its obvious Luffy will get another power up or additional help.
Hawkins, Queen, King are pretty fresh.

That was never confirmed. Marco was fighting King on one side and the other time, Marco hold Queen down for Chopper. Back and forth basically.
