Agendas and trolling aside talking about panel time Sanji got a huge space in WCI, probably second only to Luffy, while Zoro in those years litterally get no space (0 panels in 2 years, how long was WCI again?). Yet, even despite this, Zoro and Sanji panel time is pretty close. This simply mean that the average panel time of Zoro is comfortably above Sanji's (while WCI was a total outlier).
