noo im just being ironic lmao but aeriously sanji will never have coc for a good reason. his whole motive on wci was to get away from the kingly life, and all those who have coc are people who want to pursue kinglyness. Every single character with it wants to obtain or is at a point of kingsmanship. Big Mom, Kaido, WB and roger and sengoku, are all people who have a sense of kingsmanship. Characters like Luffy Zoro Kid and other new gens want to uphold the established order bringing hope to their own dreams of kingsmanship. Sanji, even though hes the goat, wont attain this because his true dream is to find the All Blue and eventually open up, at least in my headcanon, the worlds best restaurant after this, Baratie 2.0.
