Powers & Abilities Why seraphim don’t use lunarian fire offensively

So far, not a single seraphim has used fire offensively. Why is this?

I think it’s because using flames offensively reduces the amount of time you can use them defensively.

This is why King only used his fire dragon as a last resort. Such a powerful flame attack used up fire he could otherwise use for defenses. After his strongest fire dragon, King no longer had any flames left for defense.

For the seraphim however, they have lasers. This gives them such a powerful offense that they don’t need to use their flames in normal circumstances. This allows them to reserve their flames purely for defensive measures, ultimately making them a lot harder to beat than a normal lunarian.

King is called "the Wildfire" for a reason. He never had to spare any fire in previous fights and always won. That's why he used it without fear not only on Zoro, but on his own underlings as well. If he thought he wouldn't have enough for the fight with Zoro, he could have attacked his underlings with his sword or air slashes. What Zoro identified (other than the obvious speed mode) was that his attacks on King only cause damage during King's attacks on him. In that split second of the attack itself King can't defend himself and that's when Zoro attacked, exposing himself to the danger of getting hit by King's attack as well.
In the last attack I agree, King used all the fire he had in his body, leaving nothing for self-defense. Had he succeeded, he'd regenerate his fire pretty quickly. He did not, because he didn't know Zoro can cut fire until the last attack. (The anime was mistaken showing Zoro cutting fire ahead of time, but eh, I can't complain about ep 1062).

Now about Seraphim, you're right, they have lasers, which can be more accurate than fire, and they have all the other DF and warlord arsenal available. They are still kids, younger than King's age when released from Punk Hazard. Perhaps fire is more uncontrollable, maybe it needs more practice to use it well. Or maybe, it's their strongest weapon that Oda is leaving for real battles rather than these few introductions we've seen.

On a personal note, I truly like most of your theories and ideas, but was very offended by some of the things I saw you claim here a while ago. Can we somehow talk in private and sort this out?

Thats the ability they are going to improve and DF.

They can already use the same original host abilities.

I’ve wondered this myself, I started to think that perhaps the lasers replaced the need for flame attacks but it’s in their blood they SHOULD have it I’m sure Oda knows how obvious it is they aren’t using it there’s got to be a reason
