Which begs the question: why was he scared of Gaban instead during Elbaf?

I believe the more correct accurate translation to that panel should be this:

Marco = Super Sommers in this case. Ray's gonna neg Super Sommers with one finger, at least 100 FPS + 10 impact frames. They're gonna remove Ray's injuries and huffing from the manga too.


How Toei will animate Gaban vs Super Sommers (if they do get to fight afterwards):

Super Sommers = Oden. Gaban and Super Sommers gonna clash equally extreme diff, Gaban is gonna huff, sweating and have injuries on his face. No impact frames, barely 10 frames per second, slow motion action movement sequence.

Probably applied to their fight in Elbaf too.
