After the BB attack, Hancock said she couldn't stay on Amazon Lily and she wants to go to Luffy. Now we have learned that Morgans reported that Luffy is on Egghead and has captured Vegapunk. BB hyped up Hancock's DF, he tried to steal it because he feared that it could one day used against him. So perhaps, when Kizaru's fleet arrives and it looks like a big battle is about to start we just hear "Mero Mero" and most of the marines get turned to stone. She did this once to Yamakazi's fleet. This one will be alot bigger but it should still work.
