Due to yamato, Luffy will be the one who gets his hands on Kaido's poneglyph, as well as his gold.
I think Kid will use his powers to steal weapons from kaido's armory.

Overall, I think Kid knows the SHs are way stronger than him and wouldn't directly confront Luffy. At least not with a plan. He could try to steal robin but I feel like if anyone would do that, it would be Law, since he wants to know the true history.
