Since Kuzan lost fight against Akainu.

Here thing : gorsei bring topic about Kuzan leave navy and join Blackbeard pirate as ally.



I think gorsei want to put Kuzan bounty for 2 reasons

- he is formal admiral and can have secret that cause damage to world government image
- he is ally to blackbeard pirates

I mean by world government, not cross guild.

I think allying with Teach alone is enough for the Gov to give him a bounty .
Even if he's actually an undercover , he could still get a bounty just like Drake .

Wonder how big his bounty will be if he has it though , he has a superior Logia to Crocodile ( whose Logia was hyped this chapter ) .
Plus he's just >> Croc in terms of overall strength .

I thought 4B was too much at first ( it's basically the same as Shanks' , who has been an Emperor for 6 years )

But i think it's possible :

1. he's allied with the strongest & most dangerous pirate crew in the world
2. demand for hype from bounties is increasing ( seeing how high Mihawk's/Buggy's/Croc's bounties are )
3. a top-tier Logia superior to Crocodile's
4. overall top-tier strength ( one of the top 10 characters )
5. he may have some infos that non-Government members doesn't know

Though for point #1 , it seems the Govt doesn't see the BBP as that big of a threat yet , if we go by bounties . makes no sense .
Even Teach only has 2.25 B which makes no sense , it's way too low .
Maybe Kuzan's bounty is below Teach's ( but still above Croc's ) .

The reason I put 4B is because of Mihawk. Mihawk's bounty is 3.5B and the bounty seemingly speaks for his strength alone as WSS. Mihawk doesn't possess any significant influences like Emperors do and yet his bounty is up there, only 500M below Shanks which has great influences in piracy and also for his strength.

And WG knows very well how strong Kuzan is, they didn't pick him as an Admiral for nothing. Even he was once chosen as the candidate of Fleet Admiral. And Kuzan was having extreme battle with future Fleet Admiral for 10 days long, I think it already speaks volume of Kuzan's power.

Whoever stronger between Kuzan and Mihawk doesn't matter, both are top tiers so the power gap shall be miniscule.
And for this strength matter alone, Kuzan is worth around 3B.

For additional 1B, it's complementary from several things like
- information about whole World Government and Marine stuff
- allying with Emperor Teach

So IMO 4B is the bare minimum for Kuzan.
