they will be involved, as they were involved in previous major arcs, dressrosa and wano. However, I doubt they will fight the blackbeard pirates themselves. Rather, I think they will fight 3rd parties as they did in wano.

Kid gets a 5+ billion berry bounty by defeating shanks' crew or possibly shanks himself

Law fights some top tier giant king allied with teach.

Wano is the end of Luffy and Laws alliance and kid is likely to go his separate way as well. I don’t see law or kid being relevant in the BB arc.
