Speculations Will Law be confirmed to be a CoC user as well in this arc?

I don't think so and there's no need for it really. Oda already made him special enough by making him a D. Likewise, Kid isn't a D but he has special portrayal coz he has CoC.

Seems to me like Oda is making CoC a necessary requirement for those vying for the very top (with regards to the PK title). We found out on DR that Law's goal was never really that but rather to defeat Doffy so there's really no need for Oda to give it to him.

With the exception of Luffy's opponents and very special characters like Oden I don't think Oda's going to be giving out CoC that easily.

he is giving out easily to the most of those who has made for themselves a name, do you think Law can make a name for him self , the same goes for Zoro , Sanji , Sabo , Mihawk and Garp , etc. he gaves CoC even for Chinjao .

Not really the only confirmed CoC users in the verse are the Yonkou, Kid, Katakuri, Doffy, Ray, Oden and Ace (Roger's son). Even the admirals are not confirmed to have CoC and I wouldn't be at all surprised if some of them don't. None of the characters you mentioned have it save Garp, which prolly means Dragon would have it by default.

*In Chinjao's case, he was one of the stronger pirates of his generation, strong enough to even garner Garp's attention. Plus he was Luffy's opponent, one of the opponents Luffy had to beat to stake his claim for the title of PK.

yeah the confirmed but Rayleigh's statement let a place for them to have that ability

The thing about that tho is that Ray was Luffy's haki teacher, so he had to have CoC. Just to be clear I'm not saying the characters like those you mentioned absolutely can't have CoC, I personally wouldn't be surprised if Oda revealed that some of them have it, I just don't think he will personally.
