Based on context, it suggest that Zoro read through Loki's whole Bluff before he fell and explains that Loki's intentions were to
be set free, escape and collapse somewhere secret.. All Loki had left in him was to muster a swift exit and pass out hidden..

The part that Zoro couldn't fathom, is how would Loki be able to accomplish such thing with this much blood
dripping out of him, leaving a big trail to follow..

I don't think Loki would make an empty gamble without a functional plan..

So Loki must have Invisibility among his powers..

I don't think he'll be invisible per se, but I do expect him to have some cool Mythological Zoan abilities.
