I was watching this video and it occurred to me that P1’s voice in this video seems good enough for his beast and hybrid forms, but in his human form, P1 looks like a guy who wouldn’t have anywhere near this intimidating of a voice. In his human form, P1 should sound more like a young boy

i mean if you watch JJK, the voice actor for young Buggy is the same as Aoi Todo.

I suppose the voice actor could adopt a different tone for human P1, but it wouldn’t make much sense from an in-universe perspective for P1 to talk a lot less manly when in his human form

i mean Page One in human form is looks like "dont care" type of person.
so the voice actor thing isn't that different anyway.

I don’t think they tend to give different voice actors for different zoan forms for the same character, so probably the same.
