No. Scars are some of the worst things in this series and there is nothing appealing about them with the exception of Luffy’s eye and a few other.

Smoker is ugly af scarred. Zoro looks atrocious with those ankle scars and the eye is unforgivable, it’s amazing how it still isn’t explained

Sanji's scars are emotional ones, not physical.

Remember, Luffy's everything is partially a combination of Zoro's and Sanji's. For example, Zoro's strength and Sanji's heart. Zoro's attack and Sanji's speed. Etc.

In scars, Luffy has both physical permanent scar like Zoro (huge X in his chest) and emotional permanent scar like Sanji (losing Ace).
