Sanji is with the Bubble Gun rn, he was still the first one to act quickly when Lucci hit Stussy by dealing with Kaku, a possible threat especially for more vulnerable Strawhats, only then being proceeded by Zoro who went after Lucci.
Everyone was speculating Sanji would fight Lucci due to his speeches about protecting Robin and such
And Lucci just attacked Stussy, even if he didn't had the actual intention to do so, i think there is a still a chance Sanji doesn't simply let Zoro deal with it by himself and goes after him to avenge Stussy of something.
And there is also the possibility that Lucci is a mere VA hypetool. These 2 VAs are still the only ones who didn't do anything till now:
And lets be honest, Lucci is talking crazy, a few chapters ago this guys was needing to ally with Luffy and Zoro against the Seraphim, meanwhile Kaku got bodied by 2 of them lol. He waited till Kizaru arrived and reached the Sunny to "grow a spine" like Zoro said.
