Future Events Will there ever be someone in future chapters who is stated to be the strongest Lunarian?

Entirely possible. Alber opens the door for Lunarians to be woven back in the story. Whether that's with their lore connecting to Enel/the moon or the Gorosei, who's to say. It's very possible we see another Lunarian in the future that's likely an ally to the Straw hats to juxtapose Alber. That and Oda won't make two similar characters (those who fight with Lunarian powers) antagonists.

Some lunarian chad gave the WG horrible nightmares (probably the first and original- Nikka) and that's why they went to extreme measures and wiped the whole race...
I believe Alber is the last lunarian just like how Robin is the last survival of the Ohara Massacre

Think the Lunarians will only show up again in the story in the Void Century FB.

Probably the WG will have someone with lunarian-like powers in the final war, but not a true lunarian, just someone with powers like them as a result of WG research with King.
