In a way he already achieved it in every arc, I remember he beating a captain of Arlong in Arlong saga and that is already something really worthy of a "brave warrior". But on the other hand he will never achieve it since end of series at least otherwise the overused gag of Usopp being a coward for 99% of an arc would be dead and so Usopp character.
