If Shamrock happens to be a Swordsman I doubt luffy will fight him.

I could see zoro facing him in order to be able to face mihawk next. He probably will get a blackblade and another PU in order to defeat Shamrock who has to be a solid top tier since he is a relative of Garling and Shanks.

Shamrock is a kickboxer like Shanks.

I am not sure who shamrock is meant to fight. Always thought garling will be shanks's Eos opponent from WG side. I guess dragon vs garling and shanks vs shamrock is possible unless shamrock comes back again.
