Spoiler With the Reveal of OFA's effect on Quirked Recipients, couldn't Melissa Shield have gotten OFA?

Considering the Fact that Melissa Shield is Quirkless; and Now a Canon Character; and how ANY & ALL Quirked Recipients have their Lifespans shortened by Accelerated Aging; and Like Izuku Midoriya, Was Quirkless; Couldn't she have been a Potential Recipient to get OFA; Heck; If Sir Nighteye did his Research and Looked up Hikage Shinomori; How he died of old age at an Young Age; He Probably wouldn't have chosen Mirio as his Successor; He Probably would've looked for a Quirkless Recipient who ALSO has Blond Hair & Blue Eyes like All Might does; and Who would fit the bill better than Melissa Shield; after all She's the BEST Possible Choice not named Izuku Midoriya; and I Don't think the Recipient requiring a Number Pun is an In-Universe Requirement for recieving OFA; After all; All Might DIDN'T choose Izuku Just because his name had the Kanji for the Number 9

I'm Not Saying she would've accepted OFA; I'm just saying she could've accepted that quirk;

Being a quirkless isnt enough. I am sure All Might could find many people without a quirk but the one he needs to choose should be hero material like Deku is.

All Might doesnt choose Deku because he doesnt have a quirk. He chooses him because he tries to save Bakugou without hesitating and thats what makes him a hero material according to All Might. Maybe thats why Nighteye choose Mirio for One For All too.

Other than the reasons above i dont think All Might will give his quirk to his friends daughter too.

She is canon we saw her in the Manga but all she got is a panel. She is as canon as Uta in the One Piece.
