Honestly, it's a tough question. Basically because you are taking Wolverine's main attack source and an important part of his defense. We rlly don't have a lot of feats from a none adamantium Wolverine which is another downside. With that being said, I seriously doubt that Kimimaro has the ability to kill him.

Imo Wolverine would be able to take on round 1 fairly easy and round two with higher difficulty, but if Kimimaro starts using AOE shit against Wolverine in rounds 3 and 4, he is going to cheese him too much.

He is still stronger, has more dura and his incredible regen on top of said dura and pain tolerance. If it's cqc, Wolverine should take this, but I highly doubt that Cursed mark 1 and 2 Kimimaro would engage on such a thing.
