Teach is trying to negotiate with the WG to make Hashinosu a country subordinate to the world government. The reason for this is simple: he wants to ally himself against the WG, he wants to be allowed into Mary Geoise, at some point betray the WG and become the king of the world (that's always was his goal).


The WG obviously doesnt trust him (because he has betrayed the WG in the past) and knows that he will betray them again in the future. However, I believe that WG will make this alliance against its will because the situation is getting worse for WG and navy. The RA is cutting Mary Geoise's food supplies; Cross Guild is giving bounties against the navy. There is no escape: WG will need new allies.

What Teach can do to promote this alliance?

1. Free Garp

2. Fight the revolutionaries

3. Thats hypothesis is interesting: Devon turning into Saturn and going public to say that Hashinosu has become part of the world government or having Saturn legitimize Teach in some way (even if WG didnt make any deal with Teach)

Imu is not gonna let it happen because Blackbeard in his hit list.

Given that he's 800+ years old and probably knows the previous user of Yami Yami no Mi so he recognize the threat of BB pirates.



It made sense before when the WG wasn't aware of his DF until he revealed it in the Summit war.

He was a leech of them pre timeskip, he will leech of them post timeskip as well for sure

Once BB legitimize his nation he can request military aid from them lol.
