The forst problem which comes to mind is that Luffy had an advantage cause he is made of rubber so an isolant while Kidd's arm is metal and so a very good medium while the rest of his body is human.. Defence wise he has a disadvantage imo then it can be discussed if he can make some sort of lighting rod to deviate Enel lightings. The trap hevused for Zeus worked to trap Zeus body but are we sure it will be the same for Hera? Zeus is a cloud while Hera is pure lighting (or at least seems to be) and so it should be easy to travel through metal.
Gravity is not always weaker than Magnetism, just think about black holes after all, not even light can escape the event horizon for how dense they are, thus their astounding mass manages to bend the spacetime enough to attract even light itself.

Gravity is the force produced by an object that pulls stuff towards it.
BB's Darkness is a little more "wide" than that. It's the ability to absorb everything. And when I say absorb, we can use pull, engulf, consume, envelop, etc, etc.
So while Fuji's ability is more "restricted" to the very nature of "gravity" itself, BB's power is more..."magical" than actually practical. I don't exclude the possibility of the Yami Yami no Mi being able to pull meteros from space just like Fuji's. BUt that would take a level os mastery of the fruit that I don't think BB has.

Do you realize that Teach is most likely meant to attract even light? The Akainu - Oven paradigm is not a good analogue for what you are describing here. Not to mention that there's no substantial evidence to infer that Oda would portray Oven's power above, despite in real life it would not work that way. Guess what, you have Akainu's DF offensive output CANONICALLY stated as the most powerful in the databooks. Is it the most powerful because more AoE can be spammed? Very doubtful.

There is no limit cap on heat and Oven’s was far more lethal as he had the ocean boiling so hot it was destroying ships, the stronger Oven gets the hotter he will become, Sakazuki doesn’t have that luxury. Learn something.
