If zoro and co. were koed and no one was there to bargain with him do you think he would have captured/kill luffy the son of his boss and if your answer is yes why did he not still capture luffy rather he just removed hid pain it is not like a random swordsman making unfound promises of being the wss in the future when they can barely beat a shickibukai past his prime.
Because if kuma actually planned on killing/capturing luffy nothing would have stopped him including zoro so please explain why he left without luffy or actually killing zoro. It is like saying if the wg sent doffy to capture luffy but he left, because zoro (a pirate of 60 million bounty told him to exchange is life for luffy) and he still let zoro and did not capture luffy meaning that doffy just failed his mission just because zoro begged him.
Now you might want to bring up aokiji not killing or capturing the sh, but you should remember that one aokiji sense of justice is lazy justice and he felt like he owed garp a favour and 2 the mission of priortising robins capture (not as a pirate) was mainly the wg concern and not really the marines concern since robin to them was a regular pirate
