You know someone is salty that Jinbei is a haki monster. It's very easy to prove that Jinbei's regular hardening is >> exoskeleton, just see their reaction to bullets so yeah adCoA is overkill. 
Oh it's way better, in 2 Piece iron and steel can be better than haki but in One Piece even people without haki or exoskeleton can break metal and block bullets.

Apparently things that aren't in the manga are only canon if it makes my favs look better even if it is something made up on the spot and yet we have people going crazy if you post an anime frame.
Jinbe is really Underrated just cuz they want Sanji to be much Stronger than him, which isn't the case for me
Sanji's Arsenal consist of Very Powerful Flaming Kicks, Super Speed, Tankiness and CoA/CoO
Jinbe also has CoO and his CoA is clearly Stronger cuz it's his forte, he is very tanky and enduring too
So it's basically Sanji's Kicks and Speed vs Jinbe's Fishmen Karate and Water Techniques
Which is very debatable Match Up, since Jinbe has Superior Range and deals Internal Damage while Sanji has Speed and Flames, but Jinbe fought literal flames for 5 Days non stop and it's dumb to think a Top Martial Artist can't deal with Speedster Opponents, so regardless of who anyone thinks wins, both are understandable
