Shanks is like Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader.

He's purposefully limited in his potential by missing an arm.

He's still obscenely powerful.

Imho yes there's just no way it's as simple ( and stupid ) as cutting off your arm lol

I guess for the marked ones the only way out is stay out of range ( if you have the lower mark ), if Imu releases it or gets killed, or someone beat the crap out of you and kills you before Imu takes over again.

I guess u could save Domi Reversed people since they have no mark once out of it Imu has to domi reverse you again.

So yeah if he gets close enough to Imu i think he'll get controlled and grow back his arm.....i wonder if that's why he left Elbaf as well apparently Gaban knew sh** was gonna go down soon probably Shanks knew as well so that's why he dipped ?

Would also explain why Shanks has to always be moving and not having an actual base ?

Doubtful because Shanks’ mark was just that of shallow seal which didn’t give the immortality healing factor. He’d have to renew his Imu subscription to do so

Shanks' connection was cut after he lost his arm imo plus he only got shallow seal which don't have regen powers.
