Yes, but it would be a completely different manga. It would be a samurai manga, maybe something like Vagabond or Rurouni Kenshin (Oda was one of Watsuki's assistants btw), just not historical. However, I can't see Oda doing something like this... his MC needs to be goofy. 😂
