On the re-read I noticed another two things among the cover stories that just seem weird. What is the difference between a First Mate and Chief of Staff cause in one cover page Mohji is calling himself the First Mate of Buggy while Cabaji is calling himself the Chief of Staff.

The other is that Mr.9 (Vivi's partner) and Miss Monday (the tall black powerful female) are married and have a kid in Whiskey Peak.

First mate and chief of staff are both top officer positions. Basically first mate and quartermaster. And since Mohji and Cabaji are equal in strength they’re likely equal in hierarchy as well.

What about Sabo I think his official designation is chief of staff of the revo army but he is called the number 2 so is someone above him or in this case chief of staff is the highest rank under the leader, Dragon? What about Lafitte he is the chief of staff of BB so Burgess is probably the first mate, right?

Mohji is the first mate but the story shows us that Cabaji is the one that stays with Buggy while Mohji is like an errand boy, Alvida is probably the VC now that Buggy is a Yonkou.
