We've all been wondering and speculating on how in the heck did a random no name at the time enter the Flower Room in Mariejois & I believe I've found it.
So far we have 8 canon known characters who can use this rare ability. We have chatter of Rocks being royalty prior to being a pirate and thats how he knew were to go. He is knowledgable in his own regard but I believe he has a strong tuition and understanding of the Voice of all Things. I'd wager we can see parallels from Rocks being similar to Zaheer from Korra a mysterious powerhouse with a wealth of knowledge and the strength to back him. I am on the cusp that Imu and the Elders can tap into this as well or a similar ability such as V.O.A.T. & Rocks being so heavily tapped into it was able to sense and hear Imu and the darkness that they carry and wanted to confront them.
