Theory Yamato’s Scabbards

In his journey through Wano, Oden collected 9 scabbards and became a daimyo. I believe Yamato will do the same.

Currently, O-Tama seems to be following Yamato on his journey. Now Yamato has defeated WW, and freed P1 and Ulti. I think by the time Yamato leaves Udon, he’ll have the following followers:

• Tama
• Who’s Who
• Page One
• Ulti

By the time he returns to the capital, I think he’ll get these additional 5 followers:

• Black Maria
• Sasaki
• Gyukimaru
• Hawkins
• Apoo

I think the calamities are a bit too strong to serve under Yamato. In any case, by collecting his own scabbards, I think Yamato will help secure Wano for the inevitable attack the BBP will make in order to take pluton.

Idk if Oda has time to develop her story as a Daimo with probably Ulti and others as scabbards (they don't really have that much of a relationship either).
