All we know is that encounter that saw Shanks and Oldbeard clash and the two crews met, however Shanks was literally alone lol. So we can't even technically affirm that the two crews *actually met*.

We don't have too much else at our disposal sadly so we can't truly say based off speculations.

I think in the past perhaps they met, but can't really say what kind of relationship they would have been holding in such case.

My assumtions are:
1- Either they are rivals, Swords vs Bullets type of matches!

2- Or Vista doesn't think highly of Yassop and Red Hair pirates in general (remember the snitch, never forget Lol)

3- Or Yassop doesn't think highly of Vista, and theories of Vista is an accomplice with Blackbeard turns true!
