I was once asked why doesn't a Yonko just attack all the Blues in order to rule the seas. I'm on the side that the WG would be able to repeal one Yonko force using all their resources because they would have to for the heavenly tribute. The other person believes that doesn't matter and that the Yonkos just don't really feel like it. What side would you take and add on to the discussion?

We've seen the marines for the east blue.
They are unable to stop Arlong. And it's explicitly stated only the marines of the grand line can stop him.
At minimum the east blue can be destroyed or taken over by a very tiny force from a yonko.
It's simply just obvious the emperors have no interest in the blue seas.
And Judge thinks Big Mom and his forces can take over the North Blue.
All the power is in the New World + FMI.
Fmi has an ancient weapon. As does Wano. And Laughtale clearly has the world's greatest treasure.
So there's nothing in the blue seas the yonko want.

Meme displayed very clearly what happens when a yonko leaves their own territory. She even stupidly took the only healthy 2YC commander with her and left two wounded commanders as protection. Kizaru and a fleet could have been sent to WCI and they would annihilate the entire Meme forces in her 2 weeks of absence. Not to forget opportunistic rivaling pirates and other yonko.
