Here's what we know about the Tenth Titanic Captain:
1. We know it isn't Kuzan, as there'd be no reason to keep playing it up as a mystery when we've known that Kuzan is working with BB for a long time now and every single time someone brings up Kuzan working with Blackbeard they always describe Kuzan as being allied with Blackbeard rather than being his subordinate
2. We know it's most likely a cute/attractive woman since BB wanted Boa's fruit. While it's POSSIBLE that he wanted it for someone like Vasco Shot as the fruit can hypothetically play off of any strong emotions, that doesn't really fit with how the fruit has been portrayed throughout the story, so I see that as a stretch
3. The Blackbeard Pirates are currently coming to York's location. And if she is the tenth commander, this would make a lot of sense as shit is going south on Egghead and she wants someone to pick her up
Look, at this point in the story it's pretty logical for them to reveal the tenth titanic captain right around now. BB is starting to become more active in the plot and the crew will be clashing with him sooner rather than later. There's only so many characters who would make sense at this point, and York is one of them
Now some people may be wondering how York occupied a position in BB's crew without leaving Egghead. The answer to this, however, is actually pretty obvious since she's a Vegapunk and therefore can just have a robot do it in her place
