You would have thought the same with Caesar who said nothing when Sanji's surname was revealed yet only spoke up when Judge tried to tell Caesar what to do much much later. They may just not want to show their affiliation if they all broke off on bad terms. Aside from Queen who has a superiority complex for Judge.
