Without domain I can see Zazan taking it. She feels like the better cqc, and seems to have better endurance and durability.

Jogo was fast enough to beat Naobito (fastest dude not named Satoru Gojo). His heat is volcanic so lower than Feitan's Sun attack (forgot the name). However, Jogo can spam his attacks as much as he likes, can regenerate with CT unless his head is crushed, and can use Maximum: Meteorite.

To be second (with both arms tbf) to Gojo is no small feat and for sorcerers means they are faster than any potential oponent. Since there's a small chance a sorcerer might end up fighting Gojo.

Take his arm away and he's still hella fast. Maybe not the second anymore but it would be far fetched if he were bellow spot 6 or 7. Speed is almost his whole schtick.

But let's say Jogo is only as fast as Itadori. With his Maximum Technique, I still see him winning against Zazan.

Jogo is a durable SOB, he withstood a couple of Gojo's punches and kicks, Red, and even survived having his head chopped off.

Zazan quite fast and strong. Her physical stats should be really high. Jogo can’t tank many punch from her. And she is quite durable. She managed to neg the Ko Slash from Feitan. And Feitan is not your run of the mil Nen user
