Zhao military force at his peak had.

Rinshoujou and his main man's=Gyou'un and Chougaryuu.
Renpa and his Four main generals=Rinko,Gepou,Archer Guy and Kaishibou.
Riboku and his main mans=Bananji,SSJ and Keisha.
Houken.
Shibashou and his Seika Generals=Ji Aga,Jougaryuu,Kan Saro.


Zhao could be considered one of the strongest state in Kingdom behind Qin and Chu?

i don't think these were all active at the same time. You would have to include Gakujoe and Kochou as well, in any case.

If all of them are alive together? They would be the strongest state assuming they have a competent king.

Even historically this isn't true, let alone in KINGDOM, where within Qin Ouki was regarded as top 1 from the Qin 6. And then you have KoShou who as a strategist has bigger hype than Hakuki.

Wasn't Hakuki stated to be the ultimate QIN 6 ans Leader of them?

We see Ouki feats and barely hasn't nothing from this legends from the past like Hakuki or KoShou.

Renpa was at same tier with Ouki, but him wasn't in Hakuki Levels, even Renpa has feared that man.

I only put Gakuki(Military God) from Qi at the same tier.

No bro he was never stated to be the Ultimate Qin 6. He was just stated to be the leader of Qin 6.
Ouki is stated to be the most powerful of Qin 6, and the general who's head was the most desired of those living (even above Renpa's):

Koshou is rumored to be the "mastermind" behind the Qin 6:

Hakuki - Leader
Ouki - Most Powerful
Koshou - rumored "secret leader"

Renpa didn't fear Hakuki, he found him the most annoying/bothersome to deal with due to the type of person Renpa is vs the type of person Hakuki is. Renpa likes the thrill of war, Hakuki is reserved. So their battles were just a game of cat and mice with Renpa chasing and discovering Hakuki had some hidden stratagem. Now Ouki said he's fine with both, being on the frontlines or being reserved and controlling from the back.


Gakuki is from Yan btw.
