We haven't learned much about Loki, but only thing Theorists can work with for now is Norse Mythology,
In Ragnarok, these are Major Deaths:

Thor & World Serpent Kill each other
Fenrir Kills Odin ---> Odin's Son (Vidar) Kills Fenrir
Tyr & Hel's Guard Dog Kill each other
Loki & Heimdall Kill each other

However, if Kaidou was Baldur whose Death preceded this Elbaf Saga & Ragnarok Plot
Then WB is Odin, and Loki is Lurking Legend that Oda mentioned to be related to WB

That makes Blackbeard as Fenrir,
And Vidar is obviously Weevil, and what's interesting is that Vidar grew up to Maturity in very short time, which does sound like Weevil (WB Jr.)

Tyr being One-Handed (Lost it to Fenrir in Norse Myth) and is also considered Norse God of War, makes him our Shanks,
Thor might be Dragon tbh while World Serpent is Ruler of Red Line (Who also looks like a Snake) & that's Imu

Leaving us with Hel's Guard Dog & Heimdall who imo are Man With Burn Scar & Mihawk respectively.
Akainu is Surtur & Big Mom was Frigg ... etc

So Overall, i don't see any relation between Zoro & Loki, but We might see a Clash between Cross Guild & Elbaph

Sanji literally had to stop Zoro from killing Loki. It's pretty much confirmed at this point that it's Zoro's arc.


Does it mean that Sanji could also kill Loki because he is the one who stopped Zoro ? Well actually YES that's also a great possibility.
