Just like with the other characters, I want to see these characters struggle with stuff. Not be badass or mary sue because them not doing anything but somehow they have plot armor/relevance is boring.
To see them not living up to their own expectations or failed to do what they set out to do. But the eventual path to success. So yeah all of it. Not the blandness we've gotten.

Will it get destroyed, will he give it to Hitetsu, I personally dont see him ending the series with that blade.

I personally want him to give it to Hitetsu and get a more powerful blade, maybe a crafted one by Hitetsu

Yeah hell probably replace it with a better sword. Tho that doesn't really do much for zoro but make him stronger

Im ngl i do want him to replace it. Hopefully with shusui imo

I would like that, how the plotline is i think they will leave it in Wano, but a new sword would make him stronger imo. 2nd I think him and Shiryu would be a perfect setup for him to master CoO

Get lost on a straight line again when his crew mates are giving him simple instructions and arriving at destination before them because he is stupid but it always works out in the end.

Drink with people and interact friendly with them more often.

Not sure if I want a back story for zoro where we learn about his origins, I kinda like the wanderer, ronin and careless vibes from him. Does he even care about that?
