They feel the need to diss downplay or belittle sanji because they can’t stand that zoro isn’t way above all the other strawhats or equal to luffy that he isn’t the one an only guide to luffy
this is why when ever sanji so much as gets hit they will claim it’s him being no difffed (and they ignore context and situations )
They will try to claim it’s somehow evidence to being below zoro when it never was
Sanji gets hit by kizaru they will call it being no diffed
Sanji gets paralyzed by some strange power and they will claim it’s him being no diffed by the eye beam attack
not to mention
They will go but he got stomped by doffy when they really have no basis to claim zoro would do any better (and no you can’t use any of zoros wano feats. This is one piece they get stronger after every arc it doesn’t matter whether or not they had a tough fight or whether you can say they had time to train)
They always get mad if someone connects zoro with sanji when oda himself does it and act like you can’t say since mihawk vs zoro will happen
Maybe shamrock vs sanji ( given the paralllels between sanji and shanks
Or listing the fact zoro is the 2nd strawhat and sanji as the 5th may mean Sanji vs lafitte the 5th captain since shilew will probably be zoros opponent and he is the 2nd captain and oda likes to make these connections
like having queen and king arguing with each other etc
they even come with dumb arguments to deny it like the whole but sanji is a cook we Don’t see him train as much when that’s irrelevant

But adv coc when it’s a power up not a instant win button against anyone who doesn’t have it yet there are other powerups
Like sanji also obtained his exoskeleton which boosts all his stats (and his haki has grown being able to use ifrit with no exoskeleton)
(They try to act like sanjis exoskeleton is the same as his siblings when Sanji was far stronger then them
(Sanjis moments against Ethan and zoros moment are both equal one emphasizes speed catching blitzing ethan and deflecting his sword while zoro pushed Ethan back (who Ethan did notice coming which shows sanjis speed while vegapunk was on his back) we never see Ethan notice sanji coming
