Lol no the joke is referring to the concept of the anti-christ in the Islamic tradition, he is presented as a one-eyed wannabe christ. So Zoro in the same sense wants to be Luffy ,but he can never be.....................It's a flop I know

One of the recurring facets of Zoro's character is that he does not want to be like Luffy even though he has the qualifications to aspire for more. Out of all the SHs he and Nami had the least desire to become pirates when they joined.
