Zoro uses swords so gonna be hard to make photon condoms to cover his blades. And still be able to cut anything unless he gets a full photon sword but then he will turn into 1 sword style guy eos???

So mosy likely sanji will get photon shoes.

Rayleigh cut his cheek, Kizaru is weak to haki like everybody else; he didn't beat him because he's weaker, simple as that. Zoro nor Sanji (personally I think it will be Zoro) will need "photon gloves" to defeat him when the time comes.

Nothing, powerful haki users won't have any trouble hitting a logia and people without haki are not going to be fighting Kizaru so the gloves are useless.

They’re gloves that specifically allow people to punch light itself. Atlas used them last chapter.
