Here’s the Breakdown of both Zoro And Sanji:
1. Learn how to activate their CoC at will
2. Learn how to imbue that CoC into their attacks

That’s literally it. Say what you want but both Zoro and Sanji are at the same point in this journey of using CoC. Both know they have it, but just need to learn how to use it. Once they do fights over. Sanji already has internal damaging attacks so destroying the heart won’t be a problem.

Especially when we know Zoro has canonically infused Conquerors into his Attacks Before. Which is why it’s leaking out of Zoro to the point Luffy and Gaban sensed it.
Sanji has not done this before how could they be in the same place?

Plus Any Good Author/Mangaka would take their time with Sanji’s fight.Theres a lot of Nuance, and complex writing that has to be done there. Nobody has ever tried to unlock Conquerors Haki Mid fight in One Piece.

Zoro himself says if he can’t call upon certain power at will he hasn’t gotten stronger.

It’ll take both of them like two chapters. One to learn how to use CoC at will, then a second to kill their opponent.

The fights will finish at the same time like they always do for Zoro and Sanji
