In all seriousness, I think Zoro either wants answers regarding Kuma, since Kuma saved the crew's lives twice while undercover and betraying the WG, or wants a cure for the Smiles.

Currently, Zoro owes Kuma a great debt, and Zoro takes things like that seriously. Once he realizes Bonney is his daughter, Zoro might elect to protect and help Bonney. It's even possible Zoro will try to kill Vegapunk at some point.

Then, Zoro also felt great fondness for Yasuie and Toko, and would wants to cure Yasuie's daughter.

Could be something else as well.
