Zoro never took the attack. Just the effect of keeping up the barrier broke his bones. 30 of them. Sanji would take less damage in similar situation
Look at Zoro from Killer's farmtool damage he was so badly off to the point where a woman coming onto him with hugs and kisses had him screaming in agony.
Sanji on contrast could take this and keep going
Goshkito should be a more lethal attack than that which had Zoro on the ground kneeling in the midst of a battle scene, or are we saying Apoo sonic cut > Goshito, hardly the case.
Zoro is literally on his knees here when they are surrounded by foes. Zoro is the one warning about being on one's guard, this is the NW and all, but Zoro just can't help it, the attack is too strong for him, he ain't Sanji level so he is on his knees
If Zoro is on his knees from Apoo's attack imagine what this attack would do to him
As with this example it shows not only the reaction speed of Niji to stop the attack in fullswing right before it hits Sanji, but stopping the attack is still capable of sending a shockwave just from the force output (Sanji still stands put) but this shows the damage output of Niji when he ain't even doing his named attack
For all the people who think Sanji as a punching bag, Zoro would not be able to to be in Sanji's stead. This is why Zoro never faced Vergo because Oda made special note to make Vergo break Sanji's leg while in Zoro's case it would mean Zoro is crippled for his life if he were hit by Vergo's kicks
