My original Carian battle mage / warlord build has reached its final form. I have fought Onze with 4 different builds, and never have I obliterated him with this much contemptuous ease. And this build is on NG+6 with only scadutree level 3.

Rellana’s twin moons are awesome, spells that lift you into the air to go over attacks (shoutout to Messmer’s orb) and let you engage with enemy’s movesets differently are peak.

NG+6 DLC though sounds brutal, I’ve done a bunch of playthroughs of it but never higher than NG+

Actually, I think the DLC on NG+6 is about the same difficulty as NG+1. I don’t find this shit difficult at all. Even when blows are connecting, they don’t do much more damage than when I first played the DLC. I suspect the DLC scaling into NG+7 is way more tame than the base game is. The NG+6 Mimic Tier boss killed me more times than NG+6 Moonrithyl at SCT level 3.

Huh that’s actually really interesting. It might also be related to the defenses you get when you level up (leveling increases damage resistances across the board). So maybe 15% bonus from the blessing to your defenses is much more tame to a like level 150 character in NG+ but on a really high level character with already high defenses it’s more noticeable

From an objectively realistic/business and personal perspective - Jon Jones is right, Pereira is the right fight for him.
From a UFC/Fans perspective, he just needs to relinquish the Heavyweight Title - hes holding up an entire division
