Admiral agenda is kind of locked in post Egghead… G5 Luffy and Kizaru at minimum have clear relative scaling (being very generous to Goofy and not just outright saying Kizaru > Goofy) to anyone who isn’t brain dead which means any possible admiral antifeats in the future would downscale Goofy and other yonko as well

Gladius is okay, kind of predictable. Really just a harder version of the base fight, and I’m not even sure what that shit on his heads is supposed to be.

My favorite Everdark fights are still the Pest and Fulghor. Caligo was fun as well.

All garbage, most supplements are at best harmless, if not toxic
Sunlight is the best supplement you can get
For nutrition eat as much eggs and meat as you can (don’t overcook)

I was a caffeine junkie a couple months ago, had at least 1 gram day
Sleeping like a baby now after quitting. Wake up energized contrary to needing a cup or two of coffee
If you drink moderately, a couple cups weekly it’s fine, but if you take pre workouts, energy drinks and copious amounts of coffee it’s not actually fun
Dehydrates the shit out of you too

I stopped caffeine, I've gluten allergy and with caffeine my iron was going down
Caffeine was one of the thing that was hardest for me to leave

The end of the Han arc was actually amazing. Literal peak fiction, Wara strikes again.

The Han battle itself was like a solid 8/10, but the actual Han arc itself was peak fiction. Solid 9/10 material.

What would you think if Oda switched it up a bit and had Sommers vs Zoro and Sanji vs Killingham? So it wouldn´t feel to similar to Zoro vs King and Sanji vs Queen
