Small gang lords? You think Mexican cartels and other cartels that have their market in America (and Europe, btw) are small and harmless ? This is an international scheme. The amount of weapons you have means nothing, because it won't be solved with direct confrontation. Why did the US lose to the Taliban? The Taliban didn't fight clean, and neither do these drug pimps.
