Hey, I just realized. If Ragnir can freeze people , can he unfreeze people, as well? Maybe that's how the Galley giants are released.

Won't they be dead even if unfreezed? Unless you're making freezed like in a time capsule or something. They shouldn't survive being freezed.

Normally, yes, in the real world, cryogenic freezing is very difficult to do because of long-term survivability.

....but this is One Piece where the law of physics are more of a casual suggestion.
