You don't have to hate One Piece, but if you ACTUALLY loved One Piece and understood it as a series, you'd understand that it's definitely not perfect.

Do never saw pe telling you that One Piece is a perfect story. You only this me being overally positive about it. And yet, I still find this serie amazing. As the masterpiece it is. It's just a question of nuance, like you said, and the understanding of the social context of critics and fanbases. And the impacts critics can have in environment were the only motto is trashing.

Imo it's because they based it on his New 52 version and N52 Billy was pretty lame iirc.

At least that's definitely what happened to Black Adam, the Rock's adaptation was just a bastardized version of his shitty N52 version as opposed to the much more interesting and badass Post Crisis Adam.

In general it's sad how the big red cheese got done dirty though. His true name got basically stolen by a much less iconic character (s) and as long as he is in DC he will never really be allowed to shine like Supes and Le Almighty Batgod.

Ofc, it's one of my most cherished vidya sagas.

If I'd have overprioritized Arkhamverse for this ranking, Bane would be in the top 10 for sure, probably in the top 5. It's disheartening to see peeps dismiss AO when it gave us like the only legit great Bane incarnation besides the comics one.
