CoC has been turned into a generic "invincible" type power. If you have it, then you're undefeatable and almost unteachable by those who don't have it. Sure, not all CoC users have ACoC, but they'll get there eventually, because Oda isn't giving a character CoC unless it plays a role in the story.

Zemfira is one of the absolute greatest artists of the last hundred years, period. I would say that if you are unfamiliar with her work then you should definitely fix that... and yet whenever I am inclined to say this I can't help but feel that for all the things to appreciate in her art that people from around the world can find, the aspect of her as a legend rooted in a specific country (Russia)-
